Kitchen
You’ll find our café halfway up the farmyard, right at the heart of it all. Whether it’s a horse show, pumpkin patch day, or just the local knitting group catching up over cake, this is where folks gather, warm up, and tuck in. Everyone’s welcome—two-legged or four.
What We’re All About
We serve good, honest food—freshly made right here on the farm.
A lot of what ends up on your plate has travelled less than 50 metres, straight from our market garden to the kitchen. Grown under glass, polythene, or in the open air, everything is seasonal, wholesome, and rooted in the land.
We also stock and serve produce from our neighbouring farms and local makers—because good food should bring good people together.
When to Drop In
- Open daily: 9am - 4pm
- Main menu served: 10am - 3pm
- Tea, coffee & traybakes available all day
- We go back to being shut all day on a Thursday at the change of the clock (Our winter hours)
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome—with or without their humans.
(And yes, well-behaved humans are welcome with their dogs too.)
Our Market Garden
We grow a variety of fruit, veg, herbs, and even some cut flowers right here on the farm—following organic principles and keeping things as low-impact as possible.
You’re welcome to wander through the garden or peek inside the greenhouse and see what’s growing. Much of what we harvest ends up in the café, and the rest is available to buy in our farm shop.
Shop While You Sip
Our little farm shop is tucked inside the café and stocked with fresh goodies from our own garden and other brilliant local producers. You’ll find jams, bakes, veg, eggs, and the odd surprise depending on the season.
We’re also adding a small range of horse and pony tack and equipment soon—because we know a rider or two might pop in.
Evening Hire
Planning a gathering, club night, or private dinner with a difference?
The café is available for evening hire. Just get in touch—we’d love to help make it special.
