Aire Site Frequently Asked Questions
How long can we stay?+
The maximum stay at Pathhead Farm Campervan Aire is 4 nights. This helps us keep the aire available for travelling campervans and maintain a peaceful environment.
Are electric hook-ups available?+
Yes. We have 2 electric hook-ups, which are bookable in advance and charged at £5 per night. Hook-ups are limited and must be selected at the time of booking. Please Note: No overnight car charging
Is there fresh water on site?+
Yes, fresh water is available for guests staying on the aire.
What vehicles can you accommodate?+
The aire is suitable for self-contained campervans up to 3.5 tonnes (3½T). Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate larger vehicles within the site, please contact us if you require a larger space.
Are dogs welcome?+
Yes — dogs are very welcome (maximum of 2 dogs per campervan). Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead around the farm, and please clean up after your dogs. We also have an on-site dog park for guests to use, please see our dog park page for details and to book.
Is the café open to aire guests?+
Yes. Our on-site café is open 7 days a week, from 9am to 4pm.
Are we close to shops and amenities?+
Yes. Pathhead Farm is located on the outskirts of town, with easy access and walking distance to local shops, services, and amenities.
Is this a campsite?+
No. Pathhead Farm is a campervan aire, not a campsite or holiday park. It’s designed as a simple, low-key stopover for self-contained campervans.
Is Pathhead Farm a working farm?+
Yes. Pathhead Farm is a working farm with an equestrian centre, café, and market garden. Although to camper van site is located away from the main yard and activity area we ask guests to be respectful of the surroundings and other visitors.
What time can we arrive and depart?+
Arrival and departure details will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please follow the guidance provided to ensure a smooth visit.
